What data we handle
This website has no forms and does not ask you for any data. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps limited technical logs such as IP address and browser type for operation and security. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone we receive your number and your messages, which may include health information you choose to share.
Why we use it
To answer your questions, arrange appointments and provide care. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process your data because you asked to contact us, to provide the healthcare service you request, and in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
Sharing
WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta and may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. We do not share your data with others except as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses no cookies and no advertising tools. We measure visits and the most-visited pages as totals with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service that uses no cookies and stores no personal identifier; its technical data may be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia. We do not track who contacts us and collect no health information through the website; appointments are tracked inside the clinic.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and logs for as long as needed to provide and follow up the service, or as long as the law requires, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data as the law allows, on WhatsApp or by calling 053 996 6730. You may also complain to the competent personal-data authority in Saudi Arabia.
